From yesterday I have seen around 140+ buyer request on my Profile. after getting Level-1 badge, it is 1100+ buyer request.

Can anyone please tell me is it a Fiverr Bug?

I am also experiencing the same problem. Buyer request from last 3 days are not going away.

Yes, it's a well known bug. You will have to manually prune them yourself (remove request).

You get normally more buyer requests when you are level 1 compared to level 0 because in level 0 it removes requests from your page when the maximum number of offers from level 0 sellers have been sent to a request. For level 1 sellers it doesn't, so you might see requests that go back to 30 days (occasionally it might be more than 30 days if the request is resubmitted).

but the main problem is we can only send 10 buyer request

After unblocked every badge you can see more buyer requests here. You can remove the backdated requests from your buyer request section. After doing that upcoming day, you can see updates more requests from your request sections are here.
