My response rate is constantly decreasing

A month ago I blocked a buyer which brought my response rate to 96%. But over the time its still decreasing as I have replied to every other message I received. Now its 94 % I am worried it don't cross the 90%. Someone help please!

Blocking a buyer should not affect your response rate, as long as you respond to them first. Just type one character, send and then block.

Today it decreased to 93% I just reolied to a new message and after refreshing dashboard my response rate is 93% now!!

I am noticing similar issues. I have reqcted to literally EVERYTHING. My average response time is listed as 1h. And yet my response % just dropped... to 87% and I have a popup thst I need to take action or get a rank demotion. 😒
