The primary way sellers get orders on Fiverr is by (hopefully) clients coming to them, and not by sellers hunting down buyers.

The only place on the platform to really "search" for buyers is in the Buyer Requests page, but be forewarned. It is regularly swamped with ridiculous requests at minimal prices.
