Maybe your price and gig description is not ok. You need to update the description of the gig and also pricing.

Make sure good gig image, title, description.

Make sure to stay online as much as you can.

Send 10 buyer requests every day.

Because like you, there are thousands of other sellers offering the exactly  same services. Standing out is not easy. You should try to find your niche, your audience and market your gigs to them.

Check the gig description to see if there are any grammatical errors or any unnecessary words. Also check your competitor gig which in ranked see how they writes descriptions and add FAQs.

I went to this site and it says that we can have cross promotional efforts with other sellers? I thought we were not suppose to contact other sellers. Has this rule changed?
