  1. I have a long history of working with customer service. Years ago I was a customer service manager in a bank back home and I had to deal with many, countless rude, unsatisfied, mad clients. It is not about self-esteem, it is about your ability to communicate with the client. You don't have to agree with them as I know they are not always right. You absolutely don’t have to accept their unreasonable requests. However, you have to be able to carry on a professional conversation. Using inappropriate language is not the way.
  2. I did not see the screenshot but I can honestly say that just by the way you are attempting to communicate here on the Forum you are far from professional. You are lucky your buyer did not report you for rude behavior/inappropriate communication.

  6. You don’t need to keep quoting yourself to spam the thread. There is no list of prohibited conversations on Fiverr. However, there is common sense, and it comes with knowledge of TOS.
  7. Yes! You may be able to find cashew juice in the US. We can find it here in Canada in Portuguese markets. It tastes a little acid but sweet at the same time. Hard to explain. It is a little astringent, but very yummy. 😊

  11. You are getting impressions but potential buyers are not clicking on your gigs. I would suggest you review your gig images, as in my personal opinion, are not very attractive. Also, try to advertise your gigs out of the Fiverr platform.   15. I suggest you to remove this line 👇 as it is the best way to attract scammers. Also, keep in mind that abusing the cancellation option is against TOS and can put your account at risk.
  16. Why was your account temporarily disabled? Having two accounts on Fiverr is not allowed. It is against TOS.

  18. If you delivered what was agreed upon you have all the rights not to accept the cancellation. Try to communicate with the seller (as you already is) and explain to him that your job was completed as agreed. However, keep in mind that he may try to cancel through customer support, and in this case, they may cancel or not.
