Go to your seller dashboard, click on the MORE tab and then Buyers Requests.

There may or may not be any at any given time though.

Do a search on the forum, as there have been many posts about "how to respond to Buyer's Requests".

There is no way to know "which buyer would be interested" in buying what you offer. One way to have a buyer overlook your response is to copy/paste a generic response.
