How to get back qualification of promotion feature? It is showing Unqualified suddenly and gig showing in last page. Experts please reply.

Only Fiverr knows for sure, but we can make an educated guess, based on what metrics are used to determine how successful you become as a seller overall. 

Those are: 

• Your buyer satisfaction rate (based on private feedback given to Fiverr after an order has been completed)
• Your response time and rate
• Number of sales and earnings
• On-time deliveries
• Your order completion rate

In short: Be professional, deliver high-quality services, communicate effectively and deliver on time. This won't guarantee you anything, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are other metrics at work here.

I hope you are doing great. I saw your post in which you said that your gigs were deranked. But now I have seen that you are reranked again. Can you please tell me how you got reranked? Because I am also a level 2 seller and I got deranked. Can you please let me know a little bit about this matter?

Hello Everyone, I am one of the level 2 seller. I am facing a major problem in gig ranking from last 3-5 months. Even though promoted feature is active but not working, I am getting orders from previous old clients, sharing on social media, everything is alright but gig is not there in search results. It shows active but till 20 pages it is not there not even in online sellers filter. Here is the link of my gig below Experts please check this. I contacted Fiverr support but there are saying same dialogue everything is alright from our side and we are not responsible for gig rankings, blah blah....Experts please check my gig. check your performance, maybe you have received bad feedback ( below 3 stars ) and bad private feedback and it will drop down your performance and your position in fiverr results, also, if fiverr think your service is low quality can remove your gig from search results.
