Hello Everyone, I am one of the level 2 seller. I am facing a major problem in gig ranking from last 3-5 months. Even though promoted feature is active but not working, I am getting orders from previous old clients, sharing on social media, everything is alright but gig is not there in search results. It shows active but till 20 pages it is not there not even in online sellers filter. Here is the link of my gig below Experts please check this. I contacted Fiverr support but there are saying same dialogue everything is alright from our side and we are not responsible for gig rankings, blah blah....Experts please check my gig. How to get back qualification of promotion feature? It is showing Unqualified suddenly and gig showing in last page. Experts please reply.

Hello, I am level 2 seller on Fiverr with 5 star rating and reviews. On 11th July suddenly my gig got deranked and till now it is deranked. I am getting some orders from my previous clients with 5 star ratings also. I contacted Fiverr support also but they are continuously saying everything alright. Normally my Gig rank on all the targeted keywords on 1st page but now it is there in last 2nd page. Kindly help me to get out from this situation. Thanks.

Is this confirm that if we will not use promoted gig option then also they will charge ?

Thanks for replying. My gig is on the first page because I got 3 orders from the last 2 days so my gig is ranked. Actually, I am an Indian seller so for promoted gig, they are charging taxes of 18% extra of total transactions. So I am getting worried about this.

Hi, I want to know that My Gig does not appear in search in the main Keyword like DATA ENTRY. It is appearing in all other keywords and search tags except Data Entry. Kindly anyone gives me the best solution for this. Thanks.
