I want some tips and suggestions to rank back

Hi,
I am working on fiverr since 2014 but its the first time i am facing the issue . Three 3 months ago in 23 Nov 2020 my client cancelled one order and in 9 jan 2021 another order was cancelled also i got warning and demoted from level 2 to level 1 so from the last 3 months i did not received any order / project . I feel disappointed a little bit . Is there any one who can guide me to improve and grow my ranking again ? I will be very thankful

I worked for the client and delivered my designs on time so the order was automatically marked as complete the client complained me that seller can,t deliver the exact files i delivered everything so the fiverr community cancelled the order automimic and got the warning .
