If you are up now, stay up for 1-2 hour and refresh site. At one point in next full hours (5 6 or 7 ) you will get that you can send 10 new BR. Make record of that time and you will know for the future when is midnight in your time zone.

This will be important when you gain levels also. When you have Friday we are still in Thursday.

What you want to do, remove add where what, all that can be changed will give you the box to change it, otherwise it can not be changed

all of that is under profile, you cant change location it is automatic from your IP
