Completed and reviewed order cancelled by fiverr support team

8 days ago an order have been completed . i got good review with 5USD tips but today that order has been cancelled by fiverr team . no answer from support team . any one can explain ?
it is frustration .

You can message in fiverr support with your proof of works…hopefully they will take steps…best of luck

Another issue is that your buyer could have done a credit card charge back. In that case Fiverr would have removed their account. You can check to see if they are still active on the site, if not that may be the problem.

Also, @devsakwib is correct, often Fiverr will give you your funds if you can prove you did the work as described in your gig. But remember they have been taking up to 10 days to get back to people who have issues. So be patient and do not resubmit your request or it could cause issues for you.
