Impossible to make an order!

Hi,

I create a profile on Fiverr beacause I need a simple website and a logo for my business. Unfortunately, my payement can’t proceed. I have an error message. I am french, I tried with 2 credit cards, I regulary make some international payements… This is the first time I have this problem.

Your best bet is probably to contact CS - there’s a link at the bottom of the main Fiverr page. Unfortunately, no one here can help you … except with a bit of sympathy. Which doesn’t doesn’t get the problem fixed …

You should contract cs and also check you profile again. And you payment method. And also for simple website there lots o sellers, and logo.
