Removing Payoneer from disabled Fiverr account

I want to remove Fiverr as a funding source from Payoneer, to do so, Payoneer CS asked me to Contact Fiverr CS first. But that Fiverr account has been disabled permanently, so i cannot login or contact CS. How to contact Fiverr CS in this regard?

If (submit a new request) page is not working for you which is: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new

You can send them an E-mail. That’s what we’re taking about 😅
