Signing Full commerical use license

A buyer asks me to create something similar to this and send it to him before he accepts the order. So Is this allow? I do know Fiverr disallows sharing personal info so, for the name can I just write my account user name?

Gig Commercial Use License
By purchasing a “Commercial Use License” with your Gig Order, the Seller grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes. It’s already written in the ToS. If they buy commercial rights, they have commercial rights. There isn’t any need for this additional file. If it makes both buyer and the seller feel better, go ahead and ‘sign’ with your username.

I agree with @imagination7413. Also, though, if the buyer wants something like that he/she needs to draft it him or herself; the onus shouldn’t be on you to provide such things, and you wouldn’t want to set a pattern where you do, even if you don’t mind.

But for my gig, I didn’t have the option of " commercial use license" or is it come along with the gig order? Or buyer have to pay extra to have the commercial use license

That’s something you’ll have to decide for yourself. You should probably make the choice before taking on this buyer, or offering any other service/good that might require it.

Do I need to charge for commercial use if the buyer is using my product for their commercial purpose( business/ re-sell, making money using my product,etc…)

Yes, I did google it. But ,haha, dont really understand it.

And was hoping have some experience Fiverr seller that can explain it. As I’m only selling on Fiverr, so maybe it is more relevant to ask Fiverr seller?? I might be wrong
