Fiverr Tech Support Asking for an email address. Scam?

I am new in Fiverr and am aware of the scam intents. I just got this message from "Fiver Support @aifivverrbot" and am wondering whether it is legit:

Grееtings! Wеlcоmе tо Fivеrr Tеchnicаl Suрроrt. Yоur sеrvicе hаs bееn purchаsеd, but duе tо thе prеvаlеncе оf scаmmеrs оn оur plаtfоrm, vеrificаtiоn is nеcеssаry fоr yоu tо sеll yоur sеrvicеs sеcurеlу. If vеrificаtiоn is nоt cоmpletеd within оne hоur, yоur Fivеrr accоunt will bе tеmpоrarily blоckеd until thе circumstаncеs оf thе vеrificаtion rеfusаl аre clаrifiеd. Thаnk yоu fоr yоur аttеntion, Fivеrr Tесhnicаl Suрроrt is hеrе tо аssist yоu.

Why would Fiverr ask for an email violating its own rules?

1) It's definitely a scam.

2) Fiverr has one letter v. Their username has 2 (which helps show it's fake). It's also a new user who has only joined in the last 2 days.

They are also not using Fiverr's proper logo. Their profile description gets cut off and doesn't describe what they are claiming to be.

3) Fiverr still isn't stopping any user from changing their display name to "Fiverr Support". Scammers do that, including that one. Though in their display name currently it shows "Support Fiverr" not "Fiverr Support". Maybe they just changed it. Fiverr should check for both those things.

4) Don't do what they say. Report the message using the report option at the top of the message.  I assume the response rate thing is fixed by now so you probably don't need to respond to it at all (if you wanted you could say "no thanks" or that it's against Fiverr rules or anything without giving them any info).
