  1. If this is the case, you can screenshot your conversation and report to CS, and Fiverr will remove these type of buyer from the market. maybe you can hire another reliable seller to check for your security of your website or perhaps create a new address instead
  2. The situation goes like this , a buyer order a project from me. After 3 days of work , I was almost 90% done and the next thing I know is the buyer want to cancel the work. Reason is “ I don’t need it anymore” . I also can’t deliver to the buyer, because the project is not complete and if I just submit like that , it’s violate Fiverr TOS . … So my question is that buyer can just troll the seller here, they can just order from us. And once we are 80-90% done, they can ask for the current working file ( to check the progress) after they receive ,they can just ask to cancel the order. So what can we do about it? Nothing. We can't deliver incomplete order, just let our 90% of work go to waste.
  3. Is it me or do anyone feel that this new forum is quite hard to navigate? I know it a new UI , may need some time to familiarise it. But honestly, old one is more directly and less confusing. and besides that, did the new forum deleted all our past comments or thread? Can’t find it tho... don’t get me wrong, I’m ok with the new forum , just not used to it ... yet haha

They can just order a 5 days project, and after 4 days (85%done), they will ask for a cancellation and refund. And what can seller do ? Just cancel and let your 85%of the work go to waste.
  5. Has the buyer ordered from you ? Are you doing work for free? If so, I think that buyer is trying to scam you. Once you give them work , they will most likely to block you.
  6. Depends on what type of profile image, is it a stock image or copyright free. That seller can use it, but fiverr don’t recommended
  7. Once the gigs are denied, there is 95+% that you will not get those gig back. So sadly … your gig will be deleted and the reviews will be lost. So what is the term that your gig Violated?

So… what can I do? Like I provide 0 revision for this order and the fact this buyer is outsourcing, it’s telling me that this order will have a difficult future. This buyer will confirm asking me to revision again and again. And telling me that " my client don’t like", and if I stand firm against these request, most likely, the buyer will just cancel the order. So sad, but that’s Fiverr …haha
  10. There is no way to cancel the gig extra. What you can do is ask the buyer to order the project again , and after the buyer had ordered the new project. Cancel the old project
  11. I’ll say you are just encountering a poor buyer. But if you are offering assignments work, then this buyer is a pro scammer. He know how to get the money back from Fiverr because you are breaking the TOS first. You also can’t complain to fiverr
  12. Maybe you can change the name to “commercial/ privacy right” Instead ? Or full ownership of the work
  13. I think what he mean is that the buyer place the order , but DIDNT SUBMIT the requirements. So there is no clock counting.
  14. If the buyer didn’t review you , then you won’t get any review (star) But it’s the buyer choice to give your reviews , you can’t talk about and ask for it . Or you will get a warning letter
  15. You can only review the buyer AFTER the buyer submit the review about your service
  16. Great gig . That’s the problem with many new seller, please read the Fiverr TOS when coming out with gig ideas THIS GIG WILL GET YOU BAN or a warning letter You are not allow to help others to do any academic work

Well, in this situation .you will really need to communicate with your seller And hoping that the seller will complete the work Because in this case, you are technically “wrong” , because fiverr have stated that once you click on the button , you will need to pay extra , in order for seller to continue the work . So my advice is … don’t trust seller easier and read carefully befor clicking on anything 🙂

And that’s very very annoying.it’s affecting my seller profile (although not that much , from 1hr to 2hrs) And those messages will auto go to spam folder , but to my surprise, the red clock appeared and decease my response rate.

  20. No one is buying because your gig isn’t interesting. It’s that simply, it’s as simple as you won’t shop every store that you came across right ?

  22. 70% of the changes you are mentioning here are extremely hard for a normal person who actually owns an account to do easily without getting CS involved. The fact your hacker managed to change your Paypal account is a pure miracle given that 99% of users reported not being able to change anything on their account after it has been made. Change phone number? Impossible. This haker is on another level. True hahaha. I’m being begging PayPal to change my particular for a month, still nothing from them

  24. Not sure what is your issue but you can assign the seller certain permission to access your SHOPIFY and Facebook . That’s what I do normally , I never provide them with my login detail
