Cancelation bug

Hi there, I’ve received an order from a person and he straight away cancelled the order stating it was a mistake. It seems suspicious to me and I don’t want to loose my good score because Of this person.

How i can handle this problem ? I guess is a competitors…

You need to remove the name of the country of the buyer as that is not allowed on the forum.

How is the country relevant? This reads as discrimination.

If he cancelled right away before you could do the work then you can’t do anything. Mistakes happen.

Have you checked out the buyer’s profile? Are they selling the same gigs as you?

If they are, you might be able to convince CS this person is trying to harm your stats.
