Fiverr profile 2nd order from buyers request

I’m reply the buyer request and i win the order. But the problem is that the order is not possible to complete it because buyer not attached the files in buyer request. he jut say about restoration. But the work is complicated which is not possible in graphic design. What i did about it. Can i cancel the order or?

Cancel the order and in future don’t apply to buyer requests you don’t have the skills for.

Of course. It’s an order that hasn’t been completed.
