Gig, Dropped Suddenly from 1st page to Last page

This needs to be fixed, we shouldn't be punished for using the Promote Gig feature if it's going to kick ALL of our services to the last page when I've been on the first page for three years now. This is serious and Fiverr needs to start taking it serious or they don't have a very bright future - sellers will go to a platform where they aren't neglected and thrown to the back for no reason.

Ok Just quick update for everyone. We are group of students working on Fiverr and we are doing the same work but we all have our own Gigs. Same thing happened to one of our friend and after two weeks he got his gig back on the first page. Now my Gig is also not showing on first page and It's been two weeks. Fiverr customer support refused to help me. All I am doing is waiting for Fiverr to update my Gig and my friend told me to contact customer support again and again until they resolve your issue.

Note : Please don't change the tags, image or description of your Gig.

Some reasons why your Gigs are showing on last page :

1) You are not replying to your old clients on time or there must be some work left to be done after the order is completed.

2) Some clients must have reported your Gig because they cannot get refund after the order is completed so they report your Gig  in order to get refund.

3) The most important thing is private review. It impacts a lot because this review can only be show to the Fiverr and when private reviews cross the limitations of Fiverr then algorithm suddenly drop your Gig to the last page.

4) Maybe you are a new seller and you are getting a lot of sales as compare to other top sellers so you are consuming a lot of market and as a result other buyers are not getting orders as compare to you but I am not sure about this.

They just said algorithim changes the postions and your gigs not always static on the first page. Any suggestion what should i do?

I found the only solution that exist all by myself because this forum is filled up with bullsh*t, here is the only solution (this happened to me too!) So in order to get think move you have to first be depromoted (otherwise you will be stuck there forever) from your current seller lvl, I was lvl 2 and get notification that i no longer eligible for promotion (had 100percent all stats so thats bullsh*t) SO make few accounts or tell your friends to make an accout and send yourself a message and dont answer, literally fck your response time and this make you depromote from lvl 2 to lvl1, and here is the best part, the exact same f*ckin day i was depromoted I WAS AGAIN ELEGIBLE TO PROMOTION AND MY GIG JUMPED BACK FROM LAST PAGE TO WHERE THEY SUPPOSE TO BE, the problem isnt you or how good you are, problem is in their system, i hope this helps at least few people to get their bussiness back to where it was, it ruined me for a month cause i lost huge part of an income but come up with solution, have a nice day!

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for my late response, However I got my Gig back right after 1 month. Here are the things which I have done to get my Gig on the first page.

1) I have changed my internet connection which has changed my IP address so Fiverr considered it as a new Gig.

2) I have changed my Profile image, Gig image, Title, Tags and Description as well.

Follow the above methods and you will get your Gig back to it's position in 1-2 days. I hope it will be helpful for everyone.
