Both my Gig AND my seller Profile are missing from search

Both my gig AND my seller profile (when searching for “scruffyseo” are missing from search results.

Both are available via direct link at https://www.fiverr.com/share/KeKb3W

Troubleshooter tool in the help section claims that it’s active and up and running, but my gig and profile are clearly missing. Customer service has not replied to my tickets either.

Stats show about 100 visits, but they appear to all be from my own promotional efforts…

Any info would be great appreciated
