This is a well-known bug. Harmless, though, so no need to worry.

It seems to be a bug, 🐛. But I have a theory. Fiverr only allows ten sellers from each level to send an offer to a Buyer Request. My opinion is that for you as a level 0 seller. Ten sellers have already applied, so even though the Buyer Request is open, it is not open for you.

Also, it is common for new sellers not to see Buyer Requests.

it`s mean no buyer request at this time. You can Send daily 10 requests. many sellers can applied to one Job. there are no limitation regarding this.
