Who is doing Quality Control to see originality in Gig Images

I just made my new Gig about Negative Space logo and was checking Gigs about Negative Spacing after search i received results and i saw people using stole logos from each other and Fiverr is silent if this is the method then any body can earn more than me
please reply if any body having same experience
