bartimayos
Hello team,It is really unsettling that I had an order canceled and even my account disabled for slightly over an hour (but reactivated) on claims of copyright infringement. I offer vector portrait services and for sure we use online images to create unique art. (Not sure whether that warrants infringement as it is more or less like oil portraits and pencil portraits-unique work). What irks me the most is the pace at which my account was disabled-barely a minute after my order was canceled.Question is: Is it right to immediately disable the account then reactivate it after the seller has had a couple of mini heart attacks? Could we be contacted first before such a drastic undertaking?Elizabeth.
coerdelion
You would normally get an email from CS with the reason for disabling the account. That you didn’t get one and your account being enabled so quickly is an indication that Fiverr knew you were not at fault.Sorry it happened … but put it behind you now …
