Buyer Don't agree to share required information

Hi, all the experts out there. I need a suggestion on one thing. If the buyer doesn’t agree to share the required info what is the best possible way to convince him or should I let him go? I need a valuable opinion here.

can ask the buyer for required information to start the job. if the order is ticking or not in your queue and the buyer is off for a long time then you can write to fiverr CS. they cancel the order without decreasing cancellation rate. it’s probably someone mistakenly placed the order.

Don’t you make it is mandatoy? If you set your requirements mandator, buyer can’t start work without placing requirements.

You can tick the “mandatory” box but you can’t actually force the buyer to give you the information, some simply put “I’ll tell you later” and then forget about it, or “Thank you, looking forward to the delivery” or just attach a random file, or the wrong file, or don’t want to give the seller a login info that the seller needs to do what they want them to do, or whatever. It happens.
