stafford_dev Posted August 22, 2019 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Conversing with customers (especially pre sale) is sometimes time consuming, even more when we have to send text and wait hours for a response, the same goes for buyers. But if we are able to schedule a specific time for a voice call, this will be a huge help.If adding a voice call feature is over the top, a voice messaging feature will work just fine to at least make conversations easier. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
