New in fiverr. need some tips

One person is allowed ONLY one active Fiverr account. In case your account was blocked, you didn’t have to create another account. That is a violation of the ToS.

You are supposed to contact CS at the e-mail address provided by them in their message informing you about the disabling of your account.

I am afraid no one here, on the forum, will be able to help you out.
