Beware of this Fraudulent Seller

The above seller has convinced me for my large project (over $1k) and I started trusting him.
He requested me to pay him directly through Paypal so that he does not have to pay extra fees.

I foolishly paid him some money through Paypal and now he disappeared and blocked me in fiverr.
My mistake was I trusted him and followed his instructions.

I know I made a mistake on trusting him and paying him outside Fiverr and I would like everyone to be aware of this Scammer / Fraud.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Initiate a Paypal chargeback if they did not deliver what they were supposed to.

Don’t agree to breaking rules on websites; they are there for a reason.
