Buyers accidentally placed orders and then request for cancellation ?

Many times it happened to me that buyers accidentally ordered my gig and immediately they asked for refund, don’t know what is happening to me, that affects my rankings and then its very hard for me to grow up my ranking again, even i have written in my gigs “Please contact me before ordering my gig” but it seems that buyers are not reading my gig description properly. Even some buyers order my gig for irrelevant service that i’m not providing, any suggestion how can i overcome this problem?
