Any other means of payment on Fiverr?

I’ve been trying to make payment on fiverr for a service and my payment keep bouncing back saying “Order cannit be proccessed”.
Please what can I do to resolve this issue. I have written support trice and the problem still persist. My programmer has also refused to do my work. Any idea on what I can do?

I have tried different methods but it still gives the same notifications of my order not being able to process. I have also tried using different browsers and devices. It’s the same problem
