Staying online/active all the time won't do anything good so it is useless. If your clicks and impressions are not improving then optimize your gig gallery and gig descriptions further. Do some research on Fiverr regarding your niche and observe how other sellers are providing their services (Note: Just observe.. avoid copying them).

We both are in the same boat (i.e. same Rated Order: 74%) though I never request my buyers to leave reviews. They'd feel bad/odd or they might run away from me.

You are wrong actually. Check the review again (inserted/attached image). It looks like that you sent an incomplete project to that buyer and he was not satisfied with it. So it's your fault actually. Improve your services.

You have 5 years of experience as per your profile description, then why am I unable to see some of your previous work via gig gallery? So it would be better if you add your previous work so that buyers have an idea about your services and it might help you in increase impressions/clicks. You only have focused on keywords, descriptions etc., but have you ever focused/checked your gig gallery or thought of improving it? Improve your Communications Skills as well.

It's Spam actually. Just simply say "Sorry, I am not interested in it" and then block that buyer. Do not accept this kind of job. Avoid it as it's a violation to contact or accept the task which is outside the Fiverr.

Not all the clients are available in the system of Fiverr's. So add only those clients which are available in the list and you have worked for them along with the proof i.e. their Order ID etc. But it would be better to get their (client's) permission before to add them in the list.

Your question has already answer i.e. 3 cancelled orders. This is the reason that your gigs have been temporarily removed from search results. I can see that you have received 4.7* reviews 3 months ago. Looks like that your unavailability even for 1 day mattered a lot to that buyer. There is also a possibility that he has left you a negative private feedback. Because of that private feedback and 3 cancelled orders, your Buyer Satisfaction Rate (BSR) and Performance scores have been dropped. Your gigs are under-effect of these things and it will take 3-6 months to get recovered. So you are recommended to improve your services so that in the future, no order cancellation occurs and make your buyers happy via your quality services.

I guess that order cancellation has put you in this situation. It seems that your gig is still under-effect of that order cancellation. There is a possibility that other sellers of your same niche are performing better than you. It will take some time (may be 2-3 months) to get back to track hopefully. I can see that you have created a gig in Spanish language. It would be better if it's in English. Add more gig images in the gig > "I will design business card, letterhead and stationery". Gig galleries are a lot better now than the previous ones. I would like to know the status on your clicks and impressions. They are increasing or dropping with the passage of time?

Hi too When were your orders cancelled?

Nothing impressive still. Why have you added text in images (gig images) when gig description is already there to describe your services. Do some research on Fiverr regarding your niche. Use Laptop Camera for recording videos that would be better. Mobile videos are not looking good on your gig gallery.
