  1. I'm asking this because it's a general issue as you can see obviously, not like I've committed any violation. I'm asking those that are in similar situation and seeing the same message, if there's been any update about it, whether any has gotten promoted
  2. My account qualifies for the next status of Level 2, all my stats are above required but I still get this red scary bar notification at the top. What's going on, hope I'm still qualified for it. Has any been promoted to Level 2?
  3. Yeah, that's what I was also asked to update in my gig. Edit those and you should be fine
  4. There's no recent guideline, you know fiverr to be secretive about those little stuffs. All they want you to know still resides in their terms and policies
  5. Some sellers said fiverr told them coz of inconsistent login, I guess loggin in from different region. I've only been in one region, yet facing the same issue
  6. How do we do that. People complain every now and then on the community yet no response from any fiverr support, and I'm sure they'll have agents here. Coz there's no point if they don't have listening ear from their money generators
  7. I wish they have the interest of their sellers at heart. I've had different people upvoting Upwork to be better, all because Fiverr's Do's and Don'ts are just not transparent. You'll be flagged for every little step taken, even to the point of breathing irregularly
  8. Check the gig edit. You should see a section asking for modification, try update the request and I think it should be fine. I also got a similar notification

  11. Hey guys. As at last month Oct. 15, I got promoted to Level 1, but something happened that resulted in order cancellation which has never happened before, I've been able to increase it and its now in 85% meanwhile minimum of 90% is required to maintain my status. If I don't reach the limit by Nov. 15 this month, does it mean I'll be demoted? Experienced answers will be appreciated, thanks

    No order

    Hello fiverr community! Please does anyone know what the problem might be? I've created my gigs for the past 2 weeks and I'm always online everyday! Impressions have even gone beyond 300 yet I still don't get any order I stay online all day, leave my phone on fiverr all night but it seems like an order is a dream, and people around me are getting orders Please what do I do? Just tired of everything And is it okay if I contact support about this?
