You have used multiple tickets for the same issue, that's why you are not getting the right or humanly response from them. Try to use one ticket for this purpose (the very first ticket on the same issue). -
Go to your Inbox and open the conversation between you and your buyer. On the buyer's message, you will see three dots (ellipses). Click on it and you will see an option of Report. See an inserted image below:

I guess Fiverr cannot help you in this regard. So better to contact your Bank for it. But contact Fiverr Support still.

I remember @filipdevaere had an issue in China where he is residing these days that Fiverr was not working so he specifically asked, requested and took permission from Fiverr Support to use VPN for Fiverr and they allowed him. Meaning to say he actually discussed his issue with Fiverr Support first then used it. That's why he was using it. @filipdevaere Please correct me if I am wrong. -

There you go. VPN was the main reason of your account being flagged. Whatever your purpose was, Fiverr is not gonna accept it even you explain them numerous times, they are gonna stick to their decision. So it's clear that "VPN is strictly prohibited to use on Fiverr". -

Who gave you this misinformation? Any reference or source? Also, have you ever tried to read the Terms of Services carefully where it is clearly written that multiple accounts on Fiverr are NOT allowed? It's for sure that you cannot open the second Fiverr account as it's a violation of TOS. So it would be better if you discuss your issue with Fiverr Support. They'll guide you better. -

Whatever you do with VPN, it will still consider a location inconsistency.. So better to avoid usage of VPN. Otherwise you'll lose your Fiverr account. If you want to use VPN then try another/separate browser for opening the websites.. not the same browser where your Fiverr account is being used.. -
It's a scam. Kindly report that buyer immediately and avoid sharing personal or bank card details to anyone on Fiverr.

My God! Why are you being fussy over Promoted Gigs option then when you are not using it? Are you asking on the behalf of other Bangladeshi's sellers? If you have not used that feature yet then please don't debate on this topic because you have not experienced it yet on your own. What about other sellers who are performing well via Promoted Gigs? (not Bangladeshi's).. You are still arguing with the other experienced sellers (more than you) no matter what still you can't win this debate! It's useless to discuss anything with you as you won't respect other's opinions (will respect only Bangladeshi's sellers as you yourself are Bangladeshi that's why) No more discussion from my side! 🙏 -

If you are not satisfied with the Promoted Gigs feature then stop using it. Because the thing which are requesting from Fiverr to do seems not possible. Also, how do you know that those clicks which you are getting fake? May be your gigs have no ability to grab buyer's attention (possibility) and no one is taking interest in your services?. There are both pros and cons of Promoted Gigs so you need to accept it. We are not comparing anything.. We are guiding you via examples..- 27 replies

Editing a gig will definitely affect the ranking of your gig (only that gig which is going to be edited) as Fiverr will adjust your gig on search results based on the changes. Why don't you wait for next few days more to see the results: That gig might have an ability to get orders?

Question for you: Can you control FB or any other social media ads (campaigns) where you get unlimited clicks and then amount gets deducted? Or have you ever asked those social media platforms to control the fake clicks? I guess: No. Fiverr Gig Promotion is similar to the other social media platforms where you have no control over fake clicks.- 27 replies

If you are planning to delete the gigs because your negative reviews will be deleted along with the gig then you are totally wrong. No matter what you do, your reviews won't be deleted. They will stay on your profile permanently. If you want to delete any gig in order to create a new gig on different niche/category then you can do it. But remember: Whatever you do, your reviews won't be removed from your profile. So choice is up to you.

No one is gonna help you here on the Forum. Contact Fiverr Support by creating a ticket or send an email to them because account-related issues cannot be resolved here. Also, if you are creating numerous tickets on the same issue, then forget it because you won't be responded. Use the initial ticket for this purpose. @ana_tomy or @Lena Please check his case if possible. Thanks

It looks like a Scam. If you have got an order then check the Dashboard. Is your active order there? I guess no because it's a scam. Report that buyer immediately and stop chatting with that person also via Live Chat option. -
