Possibility is that your buyers might have given you negative private feedback even though they have given you full star ratings publicly. Else, contact Customer Support regarding it.

Add some of your work in a unique way.. I am 101% sure that your display picture is not of yours.. Change it too.. Reduce prices if possible. You are at a beginner level. Once you start getting orders, you can increase the price. Improve gig descriptions as well Do some research regarding your niche (you have chosen a highly competitive niche)

Actually the seller's account got banned by Fiverr due to violation made by the seller. That's why you have no longer access to his account! And yes, 90% sellers do this "after account suspension they always try to create 2nd account but that won't work still" You have got your refund. That's all matters!

Have you contacted Customer Support regarding your verification process??? Get your account verified first then proceed with next step i.e. addition of payment method and publishing of gigs as well.
