Hi, i have similar problem, my gigs were on first page, i was promoting them i had no trouble about that at all for a long time. But suddenly ALL my gigs rankings dropped down (some even to zero) I did great job with some very nice buyers in past few days, got a lot 5.0 stars review, delivered designs on time, i did everything as it needs to be done but my gigs are now ranked so low that i cant even find them on pages. I hope this will get better

Hi, try using different keywords, images and description to see which one will fit your gig the best, and give some time to see how those changes affect your gig. All the best 🙂

I am facing the same issue, i was paying for promotiong of my two gigs, got a lot of orders by promoting those gigs, got a lot of 5.0 stars reviews and then suddenly all my gigs are marked as "unqualified" for promotion. Also all my gig rankings suddenly are 0. I am waiting for answer too and i hope someone will explaing this.

Thank you very much for poitning that, but that doesnt help me at all. I dodnt do anything bad to make my gigs unqualified for pormotion. I got a lot of 5.0 star reviews, good and really nice customers in past few weeks, so i dont think i did anything to make my gigs ranking so low (down to zero) So please if you have explanation feel free to write that but right now "THAT is what is happening." is not gonna solve anything. Hi everyone, I have some problems with my gigs. I deliver every order withing agreed time, some orders even before, I got a lot of 5 stars reviews in last months, changed gig descrption few times and prices and everything was okay. But now suddenly, my gigs are ranked low and they cannot be promoted anymore because they dont match qualities for gig promote. Can someone explain to me what is happening?

Hi, I hope you are doing great 🙂 Yes you can change your cover image for gig but also check out your description and packages description. You want to make sure your description is easy to understand and specifies what you offer for each package. After you make changes on your gig, give it some time to see how it ranks (about 3 weeks) All the best and happy new year 🙂

Hi Roksanapopi and welcome to Fiverr 🙂 You've done some very smart moves by promoting your gigs on other platforms too, here are some advices for you: Make as much gigs as you can (i think you can make up to 7 gigs) Do some keywords research and see which keywords are describing your gigs the best Make eye-catching image for your gigs Make nice describe for your gigs (you can see how other sellers made description but don't copy their description) Be nice to your customers and give some time to see which keywords will give your gig best ranking possible All the best! 🙂

Hi Angularcub and welcome to Fiverr 🙂 To get more clicks and impressions you should: Use keywords which are related to your gig, try using some keywords and wait for about a month to see results Use eye-catching gig cover image to get more attention, about the colors, try using some bright colors, but more importantly some nice and eye-catching image Give some nice describe to your gigs Try using low prices while you are new on Fiverr, but later you can rise the prices I hope this will help, have a nice day 🙂

Creating account on fiverr forum to explore how to be better on this platform is very smart move. Also, selling your art for cheaper price while you are new on this site is good start, after some time you can earn more if your art is good enough. One more thing, try finding best keywords for your gigs so they can be ranked higher on list and give it some time, I am sure you will be amazing seller, all the best! 🙂

Hi, i have some problems with my gig ranking. I was working on fiverr for about year and a half now, i am level two seller with many reviews on my gig (5.0 stars overall). However, I got all those reviews by clients from buyer request and i gave my best to rank this gig up to first page, but it never happened. I changed so many keywords, got so many reviews, changed descriptions, pictures... I also waited for about a month between those changes because i know you can expect changes in ranking over night. Can someone give me some advices for this? Thank you 🙂

All those comments are true, one more thing, when you make changes on your gig, give it a time, at least one month to see how it will affect your gig. Just be patient and you will see some changes in your gig ranking 🙂

I am level 2 seller, and i can tell you, based on my experience, this is really true. Just write keywords which you think will fit your gig in best way possible, also dont forget to use those keywords while writing your gig description and i am sure you will get better results 🙂
