That happened to me too, but i have great news: After i shared some of my gigs on other platforms (instagram) and contacted some of my old customers and got 5.0 star review, I got my gigs back to second page, and i can promote them again. Hi everyone, I hope you are doing well I dont even know why i write this since I know there is no solution to my problem but whatever, here it is: I got few bad private feedbacks (even dough my public feedbacks were amazing, 5 stars), I know that i got bad reviews because my manager told me so. I tried everything, changing my gigs, changing keywords, contacting old customers in order to get some new reviews, and, you guessed it, nothing happened. My whole profile, all my gigs are down. So is there any solution to this, is there any solution to get my gigs ranking back? Or is this whole thing made like that, once you go down , you can go back?

Hi I hope you are doing great 🙂 Same thing happened to me, probably because of negative private feedback (even dough I got some great, 5 stars public reviews, so that's really not clear to me, but whatever). What you can do now is, contact your old customers and ask them if they need your services again, or send coupons if you have seller plus. You can do all that in order to get nice 5 stars review, that will probably help your gigs get nice rankings again. Again, I have the same problem as you, suddenly low ranking, but I am trying to solve this problem the way I told you above, I will keep you posted and tell you what help me if I get my gig ranking good again. have a nice day 🙂

I think that "additional quality metrics" are nice gig rankings (you can focus on keywords and description so you can get your gig up to 2nd or 3rd page) i am not sure, but that helped me before. However, now i jave same problem as you, my gig cant be promoted and all i can do now is wait. I hope we will both find solution for this, i will let you know what helped me if i get my gig promotion availablility back. 😊

You are right, all my buyers gave me 5.0 stars and probably some of them game me bad rating in private feedback. After all that, i havent learn a single thing which i need to change. If buyer mentions in their public feedback that i have done something wrong, i can read that and learn from my mistakes, but if he writes it in private feedback i am not even able to see what are my mistakes. It just drops down your gig ranking and doesnt tell you what you did wrong.

Okay, i understand that, but why all my gigs have bad ranking, it all happened in one day, all my gigs dropped down to the point when i cant even find them anymore on any page
