  1. I'm not entirely sure but Fiverr's algorithm prioritize sellers with a high buyer satisfaction and a continuous momentum. Your gig probably moved from the first search pages to lower ones because of a bad private feedback or because you simply did not get any orders as of late. My advice to you would be to create a new gig again and to use every feature Fiverr provides for you (FAQ, packages, description..) If anyone approaches you with any kind of job that you can do, just do it (even for a low price) to build momentum and prove to the algorithm that you can get the job done. I hope this will help you! Cheers
  2. While there is no penalty for changing your gig every now and then, I highly suggest you wait some time before changing it again so you can have a better judgment on whether your changes improved your gig or not!
  3. Hey there! I used to withdraw funds in Euro too, but the fiverr euro exchange rate did not make much sense to me. Now I withdraw the full amount in USD, and I let the bank do the rest.
  4. Based on my humble opinion, I'd say you're off to a very good start! Most people struggle with impressions in their early days on fiverr, so this is good for you! I hope you will get your first buyer soon!
  5. I'm guessing by dispute you mean a cancel request. Cancelled orders affect your completion rate as well as your gig placement, so I would try my best to convince the buyer to let you finish the order rather than cancel it.
  6. The art is amazing! Don't be discouraged by the rating. This art has a higher quality than what some people pay hundreds of dollars for. Just shrug it off and keep up the good work!
  7. I can tell you that it's impossible to check all the pages of every single search term or keyword. So as long as you're getting a number of impressions higher than 0, then your gig is definitely active.
  8. I'm no expert, but I think it's pretty simple. The more impressions you get, the higher number of clicks you get, and conversion rate is when one of those clicks lead to an order!
  9. It's probably just a temporary shuffle by the algorithm. You should see an increase in impressions soon normally.
  10. Hi there! I think you should be flexible when it comes to this. You can let them know that you usually charge extra for the project file delivery, and if they can't pay it then it's alright. I know this is not really useful, but it's important to keep a good vibe between you and the buyer.
  11. It's normal, unavailable buyers/buyers marked as spam do not affect your response time.
  12. That's very unfortunate! Have you tried changing your gig title or tags if your current ones are not working well?
  13. How is the number of your impressions doing? If it's not affected, your gig is probably listed under a different search term. You either have to wait and see if you the algorithm puts you in front again, or you can just experiment with new gig title, description and prices! Good luck!
