  1. Yeah it's 100% being funneled orders by Fiverr. Once a few years back I had around 30ish orders at one time (some random surge I still can't explain) and let me tell you the messages and inquires were almost constant the entire time so while that person is building a logo every 2 minutes there's also doing revisions and customer support which would need multiple people for each role. It's the same for the other seller as well.
  2. You do have to list that you are a part of an agency and if you are it's apparent and listed as such to anyone viewing the profile.
  3. Yep, if you look on the forums the general rule of thumb is "If I'm on the front page of searches I'll get orders". Turns out that isn't the case at all and a lion share of all orders are funneled into a 1-3 "favored" sellers on Fiverr. These sellers (they have not gone through the agency process so Fiverr SHOULD see them as an individual seller) get hundreds of orders a day. The average TRS on this page has 10ish orders but there's a few TRS that literally have no orders on the front page. Meanwhile these 2 sellers have more orders than the rest of the front page combined. The seller on the top has 512 orders with a 2 day deliver window. Assuming 3 concepts per order that's 1,536 concepts every 2 days not to mention revisions, messages, etc. It's the same deal with the seller below him except he has a 4 day delivery window. He has also taken place with Fiverr in the logo gig webinar as a solo seller. Long story short most of the other sellers on this page never stood a chance.
  4. I don't even think sellers can join it. Whenever I click Kesha's link it automatically switches me to buying. When I switch back to "Selling" it just takes me to my dashboard. I don't think I'd be interested in any part of this honestly and the more I look into it the less I'm interested and the more I wish Fiverr would just focus on bug fixing.
  5. So my account is old and has like 1000ish orders so IDK if that means anything to how the rating are calculated. Since the new system went live I've completed about 15 orders (all 5 star super happy folks) and none of my metrics have changed. On a side note I had my SM look into my cancellations and I even had an excel sheet with every cancellation and how it was white listed (CS ID#'s for example). After 3 days they determined that Cancellations were not a negative impact on my account but the second they removed it (it was STRONG NEGATIVE IMPACT) a regular negative impact (Effective communication) item appeared and my Success Score stayed at 4.
  6. I absolutely agree. You get 100 happy customers and everything is going great and then randomly you get one buyer who says they're happy but then leaves a bad review instead of asking for changes and you're down for weeks over 1 buyer. Whatever happened to a warning or a chance to defend myself? I'm just screwed for weeks because BigDfan1984 says I should be and I have no say or protection? This makes me think of buyers as the enemy! As something I need to be concerned about and protect myself from. There's no Malice here on my end. I'm always polite, I always overdeliver, I offer design support for life, and I would never make a buyer pay for a design he didn't tell me he liked. In my opinion If you get a bad review (public or private) you should get a warning and the ability to have someone look it over to determine if it was justified. Get 2-3 warnings in a set amount of time then punish me.
  7. Mine's 4 (keep in mind the lowest success score you can have is 3).

    Fiverr income

I think you could have this be your only income but it's rare to have enough to survive on it. Also one bad order and you might not get another job for weeks so it can be really unstable.
  9. Soooo I'm wondering where everyone is getting there info from because as I know it editing your gig in any way will absolutely cause your search ranking to change and even become invisible for a time. This is taken directly from Fiverr's help section regarding editing your gigs.
  10. Constantly updating your info is likely a huge factor causing you to not get views. Whenever you edit your gig info your metadata resets and it can take weeks for it to be where it was.
  11. I'm pretty sure it still does and a cancellation if not white listed is way way way worse for your account than a single 5 star order. I'd love to hear the official from Kesha though of course.
  12. I could see Fiverr doing like a Fiverr+ account and charging a monthly fee for it with random perks they've taken from other areas. And at 8:30 in the morning I'm at my post limit for the day QQ. Have a good day Fiverr Family, I'll talk to you tomorrow!
  13. Logo maker feels like auto cannibalism especially since they're very selective about who they let into logo maker. I doubt they'd make listing fees because they take 20% where the other places that charge fees only take 10% but I can't rule it out of course. I don't know if I'm missing something but for me seller plus is 30 bucks but I see now that the premium seller plus (same features I had before this update) is 40 bucks?
  14. It's definitely possible but in the last few weeks they were pulling and adjusting a lot of levers and on the forums it's been quite a common complaint that it didn't go up after the fix. Actually yours so far has been the only one I've personally seen and I'm glad it did for you of course.
  15. I'm officially a level 0 seller (says "new seller" on mobile) now after 11 years and the only strong negative impact on my success score 4 is cancellations. I went line by line over my cancellations and I could find only 2 cancellations in the last 2 years that didn't say it wouldn't affect me "resolution center" or was fixed by CS. Only 2 so either I'm getting screwed by something I'm not told about or resolution center white listed cancellations have a negative effect despite them saying clearly they do not.
  16. Sure I totally agree. I also think they've straight up lied about cancellations not affecting you being fixed as well.
  17. For situations like this I think they want you to use "Milestones". That could potentially be a fix for you with bigger orders.
  18. That would be a lot easier if the last 6 months hasn't been all bad on Fiverr with no work. At the end of the day I think we all just want a fair system and a chance to make money and I feel like I've been denied that on fiverr for awhile .... hence my bitchiness I apologize for.
  19. Sounds like you guys are doing awesome things over here! I hope to get a chance to be a part of the team someday. For now I'll just look on with envy😀.
  20. The new system is considerably more punishing to sellers. Especially to older sellers that have a lot of orders on their gig they specifically mention that the negative marks will be more heavily weighted. Not to mention the bugs it currently has is causing sellers to lose all of their levels. This new system is designed to hurt you and to be considerably more punishing when it does.
  21. Well Fiverr hasn't been panning out so well for me lately and I'm terrified if this new system goes into place while the cancellation bug still exists I'll have to leave fiverr because with my stats I'll never have a chance of getting work again. Due to that I've been reaching out to the past companies for sources of freelance work to help keep myself afloat and I've had a bunch of offers for contract work through some of my return clients outside of Fiverr. Having the safety net in the event that I lose everything I've built on Fiverr has added some peace of mind.
  22. There is something called the "Good, Fast, Cheap Law". It's considered a law / rule in regards to pretty much all aspects of business including digital goods like something you'd get on Fiverr which make me wonder if any of them have actually ever studied business. (credit to Adam Cubbage for the image / quote). The Law of Good, Fast, and Cheap. Basically, this law states that you can have any two components at the expense of the third. Law #1: You can have it Good and Fast, but it won't be Cheap. Law #2: You can have it Good and Cheap, but it won't be Fast. Law #3: You can have it Cheap and Fast, but it won't be Good.
  23. So I guess the real question is .... Is a 4/5 star review viewed as bad to Fiverr? I'd assume it does as good luck getting any orders as a 4 star seller on the platform. The terminology they use is totally unrealistic. When's the last time you truly got a service anywhere (and I mean heckin anywhere) that was "Perfect, cheap, and fast"? My favorite restaurant is 4.1 on google, Fiverr's own app is 4.6, etc. 5 stars should totally be what you aim for but anything above a 4star review is a really good review in my eyes and not something you should be punished for.
  24. That likely just means that my promotions are pointless because the other people in my field are likely being pushed harder.
  25. Chatgpt has it's own image generator attached to it, it's called Dall-E.
