  1. Thanks for your advice! Yes, I found all this information through Fiverr but I was hoping to get some insight from people on Fiverr who have converted their accounts already. I have been vetted and approved but I have not yet set up my new agency account as I wanted to make sure it was the right move given that it's such a new offering. The main bonus for me is being able to seamlessly collaborate on projects with my team through Fiverr so I am looking forward to seeing how this will work. I appreciate your opinion on the vetting process. Even if they aren't TRS or Pro accounts, I still think agencies should be open to accounts that have a track record of providing consistent high-quality work. I have held TRS and Fiverr's choice on my gigs and am currently in the process of achieving this again, I've also considered going Pro despite conversations with my previous CSM about this strategy, something I am still considering. Lots to think about and it's new territory for me but I am looking to convert my account in the next week so hopefully I will be able to shed some more light on this topic!
  2. I've thought about this but then my concern was losing gig impressions and overall reach once I catch up. Did it affect the performance of your gig or was it still consistent? Definitely something I will consider in the future!
  3. This happened to me too! My impressions 20X in a matter of weeks and the amount of enquires I received was unsustainable. I had to extend delivery times to 2 weeks and significantly increase prices to keep up with the demand. I lost my top rated seller badge due to my response rate and not being able to get back to prospects promptly. This was due to MANY of them being spam messages from people looking for work too.
  4. This is normal, your gig impressions will flucuate so don't let it discourage you! Keep focusing on providing quality work and being responsive to your customers and your impressions will improve with more orders and reviews.
  5. Hello! I have changed my gig title many times and I have found no correlation between it being different from the URL. All my gigs still perform great if not better! It will not affect your ranking, there are many more factors that are more important when it comes to your ranking status. Namely, timely deliveries, response rate, getting reviews on your gigs etc.
  6. I can't seem to find any information on this forum from others who have converted their fiverr accounts from an individual account to an agency. My main concern is whether I will continue getting as much reach as my current gigs are performing. Would love some advice and hear about other people's experiences - are you happy with your decision? What kind of clients did this change attract? Have your gig offerings increased? Any insight would be greatly appreciated 😊
