In Promtion gig feature, Fiverr takes a small amount from each click. So even if you dont get any orders, you are still going to pay the price. In that case you had 42 clicks for 27.81 dollars. You have to draw people in to convert those clicks into orders. If you are unsatisfied, maybe you should consider how you present your gig. Because people are clicking it, taking a look at it. But they are not contacting you or ordering from you. Fiverr's part in this transaction is done. Rest is up to you. Try to improve your gig so those people who clicked, would be considering you as a professional seller.

Recently i discovered an artist called "Danheim" And i regret not discovering it earlier. They produce some dark, ritualistic norse folk kinda music. Not many vocals, but when they use it, its amazing. There are some throat singing aswell. Very inspiring. They also have a youtube stuff called "Fimbul Radio" 24/7 live viking music. So you can get depressed anytime you want. I love it more than i should. Its concerning.

The better question is i think, would you charge additional for the source file? Sure, a lot of people do. Your source file should have everything, including paths. A client who paid for the source file, should have acces to every aspect and step of the design. If not, whats the point?

Imagine they show this to you everytime you complete an order and buyer doest give any tips. YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TIPS! CONGRULATIONS! Its like being told "NOBODY LIKES YOU" by your therapist

Hello everybody. I have came across something a week ago in my inbox. Some messages from protential clients are in the spam folder. I understand sometimes the buyer might have ill intentions and could potentially send a suspicious link or a corrupt file. Or might mention some other platforms while messaging sellers. So they would head to the spam folder when they message, or hunted down by fiverr and their accounts might be suspended/deleted. But when i checked my spam folder, i came across some legitimate buyers who have sent me messages like 6 months ago. And i wondered if they are really not legit. Because some of them really looked like they wanted a job done. And couple of those jobs were actually good opportunities. So i messaged some of them, even tho its 6 months old, i reached out and mentioned that their messages were in my spam folder so i couldnt see. And we chatted for a little. It turns out they have done the job with some other seller in fiverr and they were happy about it. Their accounts, names, pictures and requests looked right and reasonable I wonder this, what could have caused that their messages were considered spam? Does fiverr take action when a buyer messages too many people at once? Thinking they are bots or something? Because thats the only explanation i had in my mind. Maybe they just picked 10 sellers, copied the same message to all of them and after the first three, rest were marked as spam? Do you guys have any other experience or knowledge about this?

Let me add some stuff too; #9 Late Answers: When i immediately answer a message from a potential buyer, sometimes it takes hours for them to answer. Of course they might be dealing with other stuff, or maybe they have already had another seller. But the thing is, they keep answering you to the point of price and sending the offer. Yet no acceptance comes for that offer and you just spent your hours understanding this buyers project, maybe doing some brainstorming with them and such. But no results. Later on when doing the job, if you had any questions or any descisions your client needs to make about the order, they may take days for them to answer and it will just eat your delivery time. Even worse, they may not even answer and it will leave you to make a descision by yourself that your client may not like, results in revisions or bad reviews. You could argue "you should have gotten all the information from the start" Yes. But it doesnt work like that all the time. At least in my field of work. #10 Too much flattery: I find this kinda deceiving when a buyer just praises everything you have all the time. You like my work? Say it once and leave it there untill the job is done. If you come across a person who repeats certain things all the time, it usually is a bad sign. They mostly do these things to reel you in. You might get into an endless cycle of revisions. Got to be careful. And believe me, you will never hear from those people again despite they say how much they like your work. #11 Free sample: If a buyer asks a free sample of the work, run. Specially if you have a robust foundation within your gig. You have examples and reviews there. They should be satisfactory. You never know what will they do with the free sample. They can just take it and use it with someone else too. Unless you trust them or have a work history with them, say no and say goodbye. This is a hardcore red flag, its both insulting and untrustworthy. I would never accept anything like that unless there is enough money for me to buy an island. Thats all from me folks

I have faced the almost exact problem before. Some sort of glitch happened and the client couldnt pay to my custom offer, only after few minutes he paid 3 times for the same order. I Contacted the Customer support, said that there has been a mistake. They cancelled the extra 2 orders, gave his money back and it didint effect my completion rate. You can easily solve it via customer support. They will handle it in a jiffy

Here is another horrible thing. This is a personal work of mine. Everyone who posted here knows what they are doing. So many unique styles and qualities beyond imagination! To be honest, this sounds more like a doom metal/electronic music festival. Both of them at once

Im a single guy without kids. So you can relatively say that i have too much time simply because i just have to take care of myself. That being said; I have a day job 9-5. Road takes some time and im at home at 18.30 Usually i go to a boxing club nearby. 3 days a week. It takes 1 or 1.5 hours to finish a routine training. That training is not something you can relax while doing it. But to be honest, doing that resets the whole day for me, i take a shower after that and feel better all along. And i like doing physical activities so its a double bonus for me. And boxing is tiring. Takes a lot of sweat. Which is the whole point for me. Works very well. Specially as a freelancer we tend to sit down in front of the computer. You got to release some energy at some point. Exercise is amazing. What i do is kinda egdy and cant really work after that because i have to rest, but everyone can find something for their taste/abilities. I Used to play games on console or pc(I dont pick teams) Usualy action adventure or fantasy role playing. Nowadays not so much. These days i paint. While painting i watch some tv series. If the painting got really intense, i switch to music. And if you can, say like you can work with a tablet or something mobile. I recommend going to a coffee place or something to do your freelance job. Have some people around, make some small interractions. Maybe not always, but try it once a week or something. I found it helpful. Im tryng to make this somewhat regular for me. I even started to look forward to the day i go out to work.

In turkey, we have a guy who is famous for snapping because of the heat and shooting at the sun with his pistol. And i personally im too pale to be born here. Somehow i managed to not get skin cancer in 32 years. But i got 3rd degree burns in the past while sitting in the beach umbrella shadows. So i keep away from the sunlight in the summer days. No food can get me better. But my personal thing is those cold yogurt stuff with nuts, biscuits and banana inside(you can pick other stuff too, those are my favorites). That thing is yum. So i get to live like a vampire for 4 months in a year, and some people wants to kill the sun. I guess you can say, we dont handle it well 😄

Maybe you could contact the buyer, ask if it was intentional because 2 star and what they wrote dont really add up. If it isnt, you might reccomend them to go to resolution center and contact fiverr support. They might be able to solve it. But if it is intentional, you should be really careful about what do you say and how do you say it. They might missunderstand you, thinking you are begging or being mean for a good rating and this time you would face the resolution center. That wouldnt be ideal.

Yes. That was the point. I wanted you to experience the things i have experienced 😄 Hitting an animal is a sad story. Worse than beheading to some people. Sory you have to go trough that. Here in İstanbul, we have too many cats in the city. Im always terrified of hitting one. Thank you m'lady. I am blushing Well its not that big of a mistake on their part. They have asked me if im okay. But i didint say anything because i didint think my thumb would be broken. I though it was just a bruise. Overall they were kind actually. With ups and downs, it was a nice little training for me in case something more serious happens in the future. I'd say it was a good experience.

I had a couple rough weeks last month. Delivered late and answered late. (It did me good than bad since i was looking for a way to take a little break for the summer.) Now my views and stats are barreling down towards a pit. Im demoted to level one, and i expect to be demoted to level 0. But since i got all the stats ready, i can quickly ramp my way up again. Just need couple weeks for it to burn out. They only count for 60 days. After that things start to go back to where it was. Of course fiverrs algoritm and rotation of the gigs are calculated with more stats than only what we can see here. So you gonna have to perform good. But, it is really destructive if your only income is from fiverr and you dont have your pockets ready. However i havent experienced of being unable to promote the gig. Risks of freelancing i suppose.

Story time including alzheimer and prison! Story takes place in 2017. I have a motorcyle. Its a cool cruiser. It was a long day of work, i had to leave late. It was 21:00. My house is close to the job, so i take my bike if weather good. So im going home with my bike, using a main street. Busy road, but there is no traffic, it flows. I approach to a traffic light, its green so i dont bother. Im at the left lane, there is a car at my right and a little front. AND SUDDENLY, and old guy, avoids getting hit by the car and moves past to my lane. Its a pedestrian. Im going like 60km. I violated all of the breaks to not hit the guy, i know im gonna fall even if i dont hit him. But by the time that guy was in front of me, we were like 5 meters apart. And i hit the old guy with my bike. Guy falls, my bike just falls to the side. Nobody got dragged, we just fall there. Car behind me could stop before hitting us. I get up, check myself. I look fine (I had all my safety gear) I have some pain in my right hand and my right leg. But i could walk so shouldnt be a problem. I couldnt however, seem to be able to use my right thumb. People are started to gather around. I look at the guy i hit. And i felt the fear coursing trough my veins as i have seen the guy LOST HIS DAMN HEAD. How could this possibly happen? I just hit him with 15km/hr or something, how could he get beheaded. Its not a sword im riding, its a bike. HOW COULD I MANAGE TO BEHEAD A PERSON WITH A BIKE ACCIDENT? AM I A KILLER NOW? Anyways it turns out that the position of his body and my bike made it seem like he was beheaded. Some people helped and we dragged the bike. The guy has his head no worries. He seemed fine to be honest. He wasnt unconcious or something, he was laying down, with the peoples help he sat up on the ground. Now that guy was old and he has his wife or sister with him. Because equally old woman came screaming "WHY WOULD YOU TAKE HıM FROM ME, WHY WOULD HE HAS TO DIE" She wasnt talking to me, she was talking to god i think. She was looking at the sky. It took couple minutes to show her that the guy is living and fine. Cops and ambulance came. Ambulance took the old guy, cops took me. We put the bike to somewhere safe and heading to the station. I called 2 of my friends on the road to tell that i am going to station due to an accident. So, bail me out will ya? Now as far the prodecure goes, i have to be inside the cell because, why not? But since im a sane person, they let my cigarette with me. Now im in the cell, waiting for something to happen. In the mean time i started smoking and try to gather my toughts. My leg still hurts but its not really a problem. My right hand however, i cant move it. I tried to take of my riding gloves, left one came out. Right one didint. Because my hand was bigger than it should be. I dont have my cell phone with me so i dont know what my friends are doing at this point. Half hour passes, 2 person joined me in the cell. Those two guys were addicts. Street troublemakers. They have their stuff taken because they were bad boys. So we shared my cigaratte package and start to have a little chat. Normally i would change streets if i saw them. But right now we are buddies. However they are out of this world. They are sooooo high or soooo drunk. Or both to be honest. I cant understand a single word coming out of their mouth. I can only understand the hand gestures when they want a smoke. Now i have been called to the upstairs again. I left my cell buddies and went upstairs. My friends are there with the cops. Not only 2 of my friends called as i have called. 3 of them came and they take their girlfriends/wives with them. So there are 6 people waiting for me. They managed to get a cd of a camera record belonged to the car after me. It shows everything. As i was passing the green light, the old guy suddenly appears in front of me. So im good. And the old guy in the hospital, doesnt remember what happens because he has alzheimers. He doesnt know why he was passing while red light is on, he doesnt remember the accident, nothing. Some say his wife pushed him to the street to get rid of him. Maybe she was done with him. You know, alzheimer can make a person really hard to get along. Anyway, old guy did not have any complaint, there isnt any damage on him except some bruises. I have no fault. So im good to go. Now we are at my friends car talking about the stuff. The police was afraid that they have taken someone famous or important because 6 people have showed up to the station and they kinda found me famous worthy looking and sounding 😄 . So they didint want to risk anything and just let me go since there isnt anything suspicious 😄 I was flattered. Police tought i was some cool handsome famous guy with a charismatic voice and a bike 😄 Now we are headed to hospital because there is something wrong with my right hand. Guess what? MY THUMB IS BROKEN. All that time i tought "yeah i wouldnt be able to stay like this if it was broken" Turns out, you can stat like that if your thumb is broken. They molded my hand, gave me a painkiller and let me go. Long story short: It should have been me who took the ambulance, and the old guy should have gone to the station. Its a nice little story, and i can tell this story the funny way too. It makes a great ice breaker for first dates 😄

I sell a single character design with a detailed drawing for X dollars. With that information in mind, say that you want a knight drawn. Its simple right? Correct. Lets say, you want a knight on horse. Its still a single unit. Is it also a single character? There is also a horse now. Is it 2 character drawings? Lets go a little more: You want a knight, riding a cerberus. Cerberus has 3 heads. It is also a single unit. Is it also a single character? But there are 4 heads total now. Now what? Or lets say you want a dragon, wearing armor, has 4 heads, 3 tails, 4 arms, different enemy corpses on each hand. Now there are 5 characters in the scene, one of them is a damn dragon with wings and scaled skin and armor. Is is still a single character? Does it take the same time as drawing, lets say a coffe place barista? No they are not taking the same time, they do not have the same amount of details, dragon takes a lot more brains to design. Can you sell a coffee barista and a dragon the same price? Do you have enough packages to cover every creature combination you can imagine in the history of the mythology, games and folk stories? Please dont encourage people to do wrong things. There is nothing wrong with talking beforehand. Ask the seller why the price is more than the gig description and they should give you a good reason. Or go someone else. Thats it.

I am into boxing and swimming. But, here me out: I love this european medieval jousting stuff. They are still doing it professionally. I dont care why, i dont care how much risky and costly it would be. I want to ride a horse in full plate armor. That looks very, very cool!

Before mentioning the big popular ones, i'd like to point out some other stuff to contribute the topic. So here are some other stuff that i like; Comedians in cars getting coffee: Its hosted by Jerry Seinfeld. Each episode there is another comedian as guest. Jerry takes them from their home with a different car each episde. They go drink some coffee and make fun and entertaining conversations. Abseloutly beautiful. Guests include Jim Carrey, Eddie Murphy and many more young and old comedy legends. Its an amazing show. Great for weekend mornings! Haunting of the hill house: That is an amazing horror story. Great acting, great writting, great story. cinematography is killer! Its not a couple of teens getting killed by ghosts while being in love triangle. Nothing like that. If you love horror and dark stuff, definetly shouldnt miss! Same team did some other works too, all good horrors. But hill house is the best. Castlevania: That is somewhat anime, somewhat western style vampire story animation. If you are tired of hardcore anime, its great. Starts with Dracula and goes on with some other vampires, wizards and whatnot. Amazing. I really like it, definetly recommended. There are similar other animated series like Dota and Blood of Zeus. Spawn: That is an old animation(not sure but about 20 years old) Amazing animated series of the Spawn. For people who doesnt know who spawn is, its like Batman with demons. Startalk: Altough its not a TV series, its a podcast in youtube. Neill Degrease Tyson talks about space, answers questions from people of the internet, while being co-hosted with a comedian and sometimes other guest scientists. If you are into physics in a fun entertaining way. Its great. I really like it. Other than those: Chernobyl, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Brooklyn Nine Nine, Better Call Saul, Dark, Black Mirror, Taboo, Vikings, Bosch, The Frankenstein Chronicles on top of my head.

Our traditions are mainly targets to torture the groom. And it starts from way back before the wedding. It starts when you meet the family. I have an extensive best man experience, i saw all of the crap. But luckily, they are not as common as it was before. First we have this thing where you visit your girlfriends family house to "ask permission" from the father .to take their doughter (Not marry, take. I wrote that right) Supposedly ıt should be a fine evening. You go with your parents, both parties parents make small talk. And grooms dad asks the brides dad "The reason that we are here is because younglings love each other and we would like your permission to take your daughter" something like that(there are couple of key sentences to be said there, in exact words). In the meanwhile the bride serves turkish coffee to everyone. Turkish coffee is a strong drink. Dense and hard. BUT, bride puts salt to the grooms coffe. Not just a little, enough salt to dry your blood. If the groom drinks it without making any face, nobody says something but brides father accepts to give their daughter to the man. I dont know what the hell happens if the son dies of dehydration while drinking that coffee, i guess they just make fun of the grooms manliness and give the permission anyway. After writting this, i realised this would be a very long post since we are still months away from the wedding in the story. So i will stop now unless you guys want to hear the rest of the torture 😄
