  1. Then the mistery is solved. Unfortunately there are many users that start clicking here and there and making a mess without even reading a hint of the TOS or rules, but in this case you could reach out to Customer Support and ask them to avoid that the cancellation affects your completion rate since it was completely random and not certainly caused by you.
  2. 👋 Hi @mahmudulhossen2, unfortunately buyer requests is a near to useless feature, as they often are the section where scammers and really sketchy buyers lurk. 📉 Also, the chance you have of getting an order from buyer requests is really low (I've personally sent 147 and got only 1 answer, and those are from my first days in Fiverr, now I am not using them anymore). 💰 I know that to a newbie that seems the only way of getting your first orders, but there are many other ways to get them, for example advertising your gig online and offline. The first example (of many) that pops up in my mind offhand is the following: probably one of your acquaintances needs the service you offer on Fiverr so instead of making the transaction IRL ask them to buy your service through Fiverr.

  4. Supposing you are using the same device with incognito mode or just another device, it probably happens anyway since the devices are in the same household. The online status has not a 200% precision indeed, but you should test it out by making someone else check your profile from their own device in their house. If the issue will still be there you should ask CS about it. Ah and p.s. I almost forgot to say that having the browser open on a Fiverr page does not automatically makes you online, after a brief amount of afk time your status will be set offline even if your browser is on Fiverr. EDIT: refreshing compulsively, or even worse, using an auto-refresh tool, won't help you raising your metrics/performace, on the other hand it could harm them since it can be easily spotted as an anomalous behaviour.
  5. This happened just once to me but it is probably because they ordered by mistake. Take a look at the date they have joined Fiverr. 99% they joined this month and still don't properly know how the platform works.
  6. Oh, sweet sweet number 5, how many times I've heard that lullaby.
  7. We are completely on the same page, I am not too afraid of them (even though I am UBER-annoyed by mosquitoes), and I do not understand how people often are absolutely frightened by them 🤷‍♂️

Yes, I knew it was clickbait. Yes, I've clicked on that link anyway. Yes, I am proud of it.
  9. @sp_pavi yes, it is safe, even if it does not seem a very smart move.
  10. Hi @qaisernawaz1 👋 It seems, from the disclaimer you took a schreenshot of, that you are not aligned with the Fiverr recommended prices (at least 80$) and therefore the platform is telling you to either raise your prices (above or equal to 80$) or change category. The suggestion to change category is because the system thinks that maybe, if your prices are still too low, is because you might have chosen the wrong category by mistake, but in your case I believe it is all due to the prices being too low. Hope to have clarified everyhting, have anice Fiverr-venture! 😊
  11. @lilithx as specifically stated by Deposit Photos TOS you can use their pictures for book covers (up to 500'000 physical copies and unlimited digital copies) 👍 The Shutterstock and Fiverr part has nothing to do with what you are doing. That is an addition Fiverr gave to sellers to ease somehow the translactions(?) (and make themselves also some extra bucks for referring), but you are not compelled to use Shutterstock for ANY kind of graphic work. You can choose the source you like the most.
  12. Are you asking if it is necessary to publish multiple gigs as a new seller to have a higher chance of getting customers? If this is the case then yes, different gigs (especially in different categories) would raise the chance of getting new customers, but keep in mind that quality is better than quantity so open gigs only for tasks that you can actually do.
  13. Two quick tips? Just look back into the span of time your earnings/orders dropped. Are you sure all of the customers were 100% happy? Some of them may have left negative private reviews (if you don't know what those are I suggest you to look for it in the forum, there is plenty of info about them). Also, if this fluctuation is not due to your performance then it is due to the market, and as a consequence you should analyse competitors and generally speaking all of the Graphic section in order to understand where is the market going, what are the customers asking and which services do sell more as of now.
  14. Me, bald, just with moustache/beard, that gives me the perfect angry biker look (I tried it, I swear). I don't want to scare my customers away 😂
  15. Don't get me started on gray hair! I wish I had gray hair, instead mine decided to say "bye-bye" and stopper growing back a couple of years ago. Still not bald, but I know that in 1 tear or 2 I will need to shave my head together with my beard 😭
  16. Hi @luisra15 👋 First of all no question is silly, especially if you are new around here! Secondly, it is surely irrelevant to the platform if you do the delivery of separate files or of a .rar/.zip compressed one, but rest assured that the customer will surely appreciate if you send them the material as tidy as possible. Therefore the compressed folder should do the work 😎 In your shoes I would go with a .rar file with everything inside + a picture you would like to show in your gallery. As a newbie you probably don't know, but among the files you deliver, the customer can choose the option to select one and make is viewable to the piblic directly on your gig's gallery 😉
  17. Hi @sakibhosen_ 👋 You gig has a specific rank that is the outcome of pictures, description, pricing, performance and so on. Any time you edit something of your gig (be it pictures, description, pricing etc.) the indexing algorithm will take its time to re-kearn your gig and therefore your ranking WILL be affected, be it positively or negatively, so pay attention when you do modifications and, most important of all, gig edits should NOT be done too frequently (for example once a day) or that will almost surely affect your ranking negatively.
  18. Hi @aygultas 👋 If 100% of the messages you received are going to SPAM, it probably is a bug and you should ask CS support to have a look at the issue. If, on the other hand, SPAM messages are not the 100% of the messages you receive, you can always periodically check them and, if among them there is something you believe it is not SPAM, you can unmark it as SPAM. The messages you are uncertain about... well, just leave them in the SPAM folder, there are a lot of scammers around here and some of them are quite good at what they do.
  19. I seem to not understand your question, but if your test was abruptly interrupted and you believe the "Failed" score was a bug you should write CS about it. If, on the other hand, you just failed the test, you should know that Have a nice day!
  20. Hi @asadjatt67 👋 Not all sellers know that your ranking (and all of the benefits of the platform) are influenced not only by your direct performance (response time, order completion etc.) but also by your indirect performance, i.e. the customer satistaction rate. Customer can indeed leave a private review (in addition to the public one you see, the one with the stars namely) whose answers are known only to Fiverr's backend and not to you. This and many other elements may factor in your ranking, the only solution is to try and improve consistently your performance day by day.
  21. I don't understand how that could harm your gig performance. Don't worry @expandwithzinat.
  22. First of all hi rickyloca 👋 it's good to see new (talkative) faces here If your concern goes through and the upper levels will agree with your request I believe half (if not more) of the video editing category will blow-up 🤯 templates are the building blocks of almost every video editor around here.
  23. Hi ahmedlone112 👋 As you can see from Fiverr TOS here, you should not But also, as you can see from Python logo's guidelines: They even give you PNGs and vector files for it to publish on your work/mktg material! Therefore, since you have permission to use the logo, not as your own, but "to indicate suitability for use with Python or implementation in Python", I'd say you are free to add it without any doubt or fear 👍
  24. Hi abulmonsur28 👋 Even if the situation might seem panick-y I believe you should follow Millie's advice and get in touch with Payoneer CS. If you show them screenshot of the withdrawal, conversation with Fiverr's CS and explain thoroughly your issue they will surely find a way to help you. This must have been some kind of bug so keep communicating with both your CS and don't give up, you will surely fix it ☺️
