  1. You can check here to see if your gigs are active on the back end. https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/selling-on-fiverr/gigs/gig-status --- https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011028318-Managing-your-Gigs
  2. Something else to consider: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/258866-if-you-stay-online-247-this-will-happen/

  4. I'll let you make your own judgement call on the matter: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/296151-well-done-fiverr-for-banning-sellers-that-were-cheating/
  5. If your buyer made a mistake, they are the one who should have gone to CS, not you. Fiverr takes review manipulation VERY seriously, as you now know. This usually means that the default for any Seller who contacts support about a review, unless the review is a blatant Terms of Service violation, is considered to be attempting to break the ToS.
  6. Please see the "Approved URL's" section here: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011421218-Gig-policies?segment=seller Edit: (Yes, you can link your Fiverr profile in the 'website' section of your Forum profile. Thank you for correcting your warning.)
  7. Which kinds of data? Data management, data entry, data analytics, data processing?
  8. And the forum rules: Have you read those?
  9. Please see: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/258866-if-you-stay-online-247-this-will-happen/
  10. You cannot delete posts yourself, but you can self-report the posts or thread, and request they be hidden.
  11. Question: Have you read the Fiverr ToS? Have you read the forum rules?

  13. Don't bite the bait. You have no clue if you'll even like working with them. If they want to buy a gig from you, then they can place an order as needed. If they want a subscription, they need to purchase through your gig. More likely that the quantity of competitors has gone up.
  14. I'm very grateful that Fiverr is becoming more open to user feedback before the changes are made. In the past there were some beta-testing soft releases, where some users got an update but it wasn't rolled out for everyone. I don't recall ever reading about those users being able to provide feedback easily on said changes, though. --- Just for fun, thought I'd link a recording I watched recently of a conference speaker on this topic. Yes, it's an hour long, but there are a LOT of great tips in here. (Not just for program/UX designers, but for Sellers too.)
  15. I am so going to watch more videos from that channel! Thank you for sharing! This reminds me of The Lion skit by Omeleto.
  16. Ah, so you didn't know until after you sought the 'why'. The way you phrased it initially implied that you knew ahead of time and ignored it. That is what @vickieito was commenting on. I'm sorry to hear this happened to you, but we are not mind-readers. We only know the information you provide. I'm glad to hear you regret not reading the rules, so be sure to do that if Fiverr does ban you, if you try another platform. Read, as close to the source as you can.
  17. Welcome to the forums. I would suggest starting here: https://community.fiverr.com/forum_rules/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278683-new-to-the-forum-welcome-here-are-5-tips-for-efficient-forum-use-–-how-to-make-the-forum-work-better-for-yourself-and-for-everyone/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/ --- The simplest answer to your question is basically: Have something worth buying. https://www.fiverr.com/community/standards/ai-generated-content
  18. Not sure what you're asking. Could you rephrase the question, please?
  19. Fiverr itself states: Source: https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360011028318-Managing-your-Gigs
  20. This would be on the gigs page, not analytics, but an averaging/smoothing option. In my own spreadsheet, I have a... hang on gonna grab a screenshot. Also comparing months is good, but I wouldn't mind seeing week comparisons too. Are persons in my target market mostly active on weekends?
  21. I glanced at your Fiverr profile. No, more gigs does not mean more orders, especially when you are breaking Fiverr's rules about duplicate gigs. I strongly suggest you read the Terms of Service that you've agreed to before you get in trouble.
  22. I rather like your response. Professional, polite, clear, decently concise, and addresses the key 'why'. I use something similar, though I cite "general internet safety" practices. https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/360010978898-Keeping-your-account-safe-from-malware-and-phishing
  23. https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/ or support@fiverr.com Edit: Also, read the Terms of Service. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/302912-before-you-agree-to-cancel/
