  1. No tips or tricks. Otherwise everyone would’ve been able to manipulate fiverr algorithm and be on the first page. And then there is a paradadox: everyone can’t be on first 10 pages so even with tips and tricks people will end up being further in search :woman_shrugging:

  3. No one knows it. Only fiverr knows the answer and they are not willing to share it so people wouldn’t try to game the system
  4. Did you deliver it pressing big green “deliver now” button? Did you read how fiverr works? Do you see big banner on top of your order saying that order will be autocompleted in 3 days?
  5. I’m setting realistic deadlines. I don’t only set a time for a gig to deliver one order but to be able to handle a couple of orders.
  6. Not true. You can press a report grey button next to each message. You can also open a ticket with fiverr support stating that your client broke fiverr TOS by blackmailing you and by asking to work outside of fiverr
  7. I’m sorry but what are you complaining about? Even if your buyer opened a dispute with their bank you were still paid by fiverr from their own pocket. What is it that you are unsatisfied with??? Can you please share it with us? Is it that you don’t like being paid for your work??? Please make sure you understand what happened and that you checked thoroughly all information you received before complaining.
  8. As they wrote in their notification and in the emails they sent: your buyer cancelled the order and you’ve been still compensated for it.
  9. 4 different people told you that it will disappear, they even quoted TOS for you and attached a link to fiverr help page where it’s explained so I’m not sure what else can convince you :woman_shrugging:
  10. You really need to calm down. People explained to you that watermark will be automatically removed by fiverr after the order is completed. Your buyer also get a message on their side as above ☝️ And for the next orders you can disable your watermark from settings.
  11. They do check and they ban only if people really broke the rules. You might see a lot of stories with “I haven’t done anything, why I got banned?” But at the end we do find out that they indeed broke rules. The only case in all this years that we saw where seller was mistakenly banned but got his account back is @iamsachmusic Just don’t break rules and you wouldn’t loose your account and there would be nothing to be scared of. And of course it’s never a good idea to put all you eggs in one basket aka fiverr
  12. As @urdeke said, as long as you are afraid of bad review you will be open for a blackmail. Even a bad review here I see as an opportunity. First of all I will leave bad and honest review on his profile to warn people.Then I will write my answer to his review on my profile, telling my part of the story and that he tried to get away with a free work.That bad review with my answer will work as magic repellent for all future scammers. They’ll see that that and will know that they wouldn’t be able to get away with free work with you. So even that bad review can do much more good to you than just cancelling an order (which also will hit your stats)
  13. ok, it looks like it’s time to grab a cup of tea. It’s your seller right to decline your cancellation requests. when did you send them? how long ago? If you already opened a ticket with support then you just need to calm down a bit and just keep sending her cancelation requests even if she’s canceling them right away. just do it calmly without any emotions while you are looking for fiverr support to look into that.
  14. You can contact fiverr customer support and they will cancel it for you Though it might take them a couple of days currently to respond after you open a ticket
  15. How do you imagine they will fix it? It based on the amount of orders you had in last 60 days and amount of orders you cancelled. There is no other way to fix apart from completing more orders. It’s not a bug for support to fix it.

  17. Then you can’t use his PayPal. Fiverr will block either both your accounts or one of your accounts (it might be his or your account). Fiverr detects it as one person having 2 fiverr accounts which is strictly forbidden on fiverr. You can create your own PayPal account online without going out if you need to withdraw funds and instead of connecting it to your bank account you can just send from your PayPal to your brothers PayPal so he can withdraw money for you.
  18. First of all it has nothing to do with your statistics for the evaluation. If you want to learn more which statistics is taken into account then read fiverr help page or at least read what written in all tabs of your seller account. All information is already there and @lloydsolutions already pointed you where to find it. Did you get any orders? If you got orders then of course it’s a good progress. If you didn’t get orders, are you satisfied with not getting orders? If you are ok with not getting orders with those clicks then it’s also a “good progress”.

  20. Yep. It’s a total disaster. It almost makes me laugh when I see them writing “I perfectly understood your request” and after that copy pasted how many years of experience they have with let’s say data scrapping when I asked for animation.

  22. It’s not that difficult to be honest :woman_shrugging: (And I speak it from my own experience as I lived in London) and to be honest doesn’t matter if you are British or from any other country. Pound right now is almost the same as dollar unlike many other countries. (Eg you can not convert pound directly to some currencies, it will have to be converted to dollars firs and after that to that local currency. Where every currency can be converted to dollars directly) Everyone 😉 Fiverr is an international platform and till last year all transactions where happening only in dollars. Dollar is a universal most used currency which is accepted and converted in each and every country. The price that buyers can see in pounds on your gig is only an estimation. Their transaction will still happen in dollars with a conversion to pounds. Only a couple of months back they also implemented that you can withdraw money in your local currency instead of dollars but fiverr will also charge you for conversion and you will loose bigger amount than converting it through your bank. But simply dollar is a currency that recognised everywhere and that’s the base that banks operating with internationally.
  23. You till can redeliver your work. (In case if you’ll want to stand your ground and do not cancel) you will also have to reject cancellation request. As others said the decision will be totally yours. You will be loosing in both situations you just need to pick which one will harm you less. I never cancel orders based on the situations like yours. I’d rather have a bad review and explain my situation under their review that they tried to get away with free work. That’s also scaring away all other scammers. However the review will always stay on your account and it’s only your choice if you want to get a hit on your stats of order completion ratio or hit on your overall rating. You can calculate which one will bring down stats less based on the ratio and orders in the last 60 days.
