[Why show Offline & Online in same windows]

When you view a gig your profile switches to buyer mode. If you stay there for a few mins your seller profile will go offline. The buyer profile is online but the seller profile is offline. This is why some sellers don't see their gig when they search. Plus, this is how they lose impressions instead of increasing impressions because their profile is switched to buyer mode.

That's what Fiverr does. If you are not getting briefs, that means something is wrong on your end. And your suggestion is practically impossible, how come they manually match every brief with sellers?

Yes, if you create a new account you will have to apply again to become a pro seller. There is no option to change the username on Fiverr. But in your case, anyone can understand why you need to change your username. Contact CS its worth a shot.

On the web browser, you can't. That's how Fiverr tries to give a chance to everyone. Open the Fiverr app on your mobile, If you want to check the seller profile online status from the buyer mode on your PC.

It's normal. Online status automatically sets to "away" within a few minutes of inactivity, even if the tab is open. especially when you are in "buyer mode" the seller profile goes offline within a few minutes and shows you as "away".

You can create gigs in different categories if you have the skills to provide those services. But try to focus on one gig at a time till you get back-to-back orders. Otherwise, you will be multiplying your failure.

Maybe you tried to sell something that is not allowed to sell on Fiverr. Or maybe you copied something from someone. what are you trying to sell?

Don't rely on the buyer requests. It's not gonna come back.  about the briefs, yes we've seen that the new sellers are also getting briefs.  I think it depends on the overall gig quality.
