Your impressions are decreasing because you aren't doing anything to increase them. 22 hours out of 24? How is it possible? You can only use allowed tags. Some tags are only allowed to use in a specific category. If those tags are not in the system, Fiverr reviews them before they appear. Sometimes they reject. So give it a week. If those tags aren't appearing, you will have to use the tags that are already available for your category.

The Fiverr revenue card withdrawal method has an annual fee (30 or something). Maybe Payoneer failed to charge it from your account. Log in to your Payoneer account and check the inbox and the account properly.

Then I joined the forum, and After joining, I realized that it wasn't a good idea to ask such questions from customer support because you can find so many valuable tips from the forum. I  spent hours reading seller tips articles and made changes accordingly. I also want to thank @vickieito for helping me out. This process took months to show the results. In the end, I completed 13 orders, all from the search results, not from buyer requests (at the time) or briefs. Recently, a reseller made a mess, and I'm still dealing with it. I think I said too much. 😁The answer to your question is NO.

One person can't have more than one account. Fiverr will ban both accounts when the system detects them.

One user cannot have multiple accounts. That's a rule. Family members can have their separate accounts under the same internet connection. But you cannot sell the same services. You cannot have the same withdrawal or payment account. And obviously, you cannot have sales between family member accounts.

Social media marketing is only effective if you can reach the relevant buyers. Do the research. Read forum seller tips articles. Play with keywords, tags, and titles to increase impressions. Keep the things that work and change the things that don't work. An attractive gig thumbnail is required to get gig clicks. And a good gig description and package details can convert those clicks into orders. Make sure to wait at least one week to see the results if you edit your gig. These are basics, easy to learn hard to master.

Don't be disappointed. If spammers could find you, it means you appear on search results. Isn't that a positive sign? For spam messages, mark them as spam. There is nothing else you can do.

If you are getting gig clicks, it means your thumbnail and title are good. Now work on the gig description and package details. Think like a buyer.

Active orders will not affect, and you will get paid after completing those orders. But you will not get any new orders.

You won't receive any email or notice if someone reports you. Anyone can report you, but Fiverr investigates every report, so if you haven't done anything wrong, you will be okay.

This is my experience as a  buyer. The brief feature is still new, and it will improve. If your brief does not match a good seller, you will have to find a seller by searching for the service you want.

It depends on the reason he selected when canceling the order. If it's "I placed an order by accident," you will be fine. Otherwise, it will affect your order completion rate. Customer support will also help you in a situation like this.
