I would avoid doing work with a buyer like this.
That's what an experienced seller would do. In this case, he is a new seller. And he has no idea what type of buyers exist on this platform.

No. Going to customer support and asking to change a review will most likely result in an account warning for the seller. I had someone that felt bad for the 3.3 star rating they offered and I didn't even talk about the review with him. He went behind my back to have the review changed/removed and I got an account warning automatically...
I was not talking about changing any reviews. Besides the stars, look at the feedback he gives. He did the same thing with other sellers too.

Submit a CS ticket regarding this problem. They will check how it went. But why did you give him 5s when you had a bad experience? Apparently, that buyer is having fun giving all the negative reviews to sellers with random letters

It's not for sellers, it's for buyers. Replaced feature for the buyer request. You can find more about it HERE

Hi,
I delivered a late project on fiverr and my 'Delivered on time' percentage goes down to 75% . In last 60 days i completed 4 projects and 1 is late. My level is 1. So How many projects i have to complete on time before 15 Sep to maintain my level 1 and to get my percentage form 75% to 100%. And what happens if can't reach my delivery on time percentage to 100% after 15 september. can i get my level 1 back again.
It has to be 90% to remain at the current level. Complete 4,5 orders and you will be fine. You'd get demoted to a new seller level if you failed to get the 90% on-time delivery percentage.

thanks
You can change your gig images if you are the one who created them.
But DON'T DO IT OFTEN

So I'm not entirely sure what the deal is with the buyer request page being populated with nothing but bait scams for the better part of the entire last month. Why am i not seeing any legitimate requests from actual people and not bots? Is the dev team at fiverr.com even aware of this situation and if they are what have they been doing about it since the many weeks this problem has persisted and when can i expect a return to normalcy?
Regards,
Arslan. The Fiverr team is already taking the necessary actions to deal with the situation. They are replacing the buyer request feature with a new one. You can find more about it HERE

Why does the message box that pops up on my gig state that I'm away when I'm not? It showed 'online' for part of the day, but now that it's evening it has changed to 'away'. I can't find a setting that would change this (not even in availability); neither can I find anything on Fiverr that would explain this. Thank you. Laniwalkden
From your PC, go to settings and see 'ONLINE STATUS'
However, if you are in an idle state for a few mins, it will automatically set offline. Try refreshing.

Hey Team. I am a new seller on Fiverr. I've uploaded 4 gigs and for a while they were posted. I now get a notification that they cannot approve my seller account.
What is the issue please, any help?Check your GIG's status from the gigs tab. From there you will be able to see the reason behind the disapproval.

I think the best way to deal with this situation is to discuss it with your clients.

When I was previously active here, there was a listing where people would describe what they needed done which I could go through and apply to do the job for them. Where is this listing? I can't find it anywhere.
I guess you are talking about buyer requests. Fiverr is changing buyer request feature. you can find more about it here

Your gig description starts with a "promise" I don't think that's a quality move. Buyers don't need your promises. And the other thing is your starting price as a new seller, a buyer would check your previous experience and reviews before placing an order at that amount.

It took almost two months for me to get the first order. Keep checking the buyer request section and try to send offers. Also keep that in mind, Sending offers won't guarantee you orders. Make sure to create your gigs more attractive to the buyers. Highlight the services that you actually provide.

Never do that. Just say no and that's enough.

If that's the case, you can submit a customer support ticket regarding this situation.

Impressions tend to increase when we are new, create new gigs, and complete an order. Impressions are decreasing because buyers kept skipping even though they saw your gig. Follow gig image guidelines and make more attractive gig thumbnails.

How do I get more clicks on this gig (Advice)

There is no easy step for everyone. You have to figure it out by doing a thing called "research"
For example,
Think like a buyer while comparing other sellers in your category. Would you buy your gigs ignoring others?
