It's not just for the images; the same applies to the videos. I'm not sure which software you are using, but I used After Effects (AE) to compose my gig video, and I had no issues uploading it.

He can leave you a pretty bad private negative review, which you cannot see.

[Blocking a buyer]

It's not a good idea to block him at this point. If you block him he won't be able to send messages but the order page will stay there, which means he can still rate you. And then you will be in big trouble if he reports you. You can also rate him with your side of the story so anyone can understand what went wrong. You can block him after sharing the reviews.

Try Payoneer Live support. It's great. They have a specific time for that. But you can get your question answered immediately. I had an issue with my bank account and the normal message support took 4days to reply.

You can't expect the results right after editing the gig. It takes time. Give it at least a week. If you edit like that, you will never know what works for you.

What about your gig impressions? Is it zero? If it's not, you don't have to worry about it. Because the search feature is designed to give the best results for relevant buyers. Just make sure to have an overall good quality gig.
