Your last delivery was two months ago. There is nothing wrong with the algorithm. It's just seller performance and the competition.

From the questions I've seen on this forum, I can tell you that the buyers can claim a refund. Even months later. If you have no pending funds or balance left it will be charged from your future orders.

You don't have to worry about it. Even though Fiverr takes reports seriously, they investigate before taking any action. They review the entire conversation 😉

Comparing isn't enough. Your impressions won't get increased just because you compare yourself with your competitors. You have to make changes to your gigs. See what works. At least keep one week gap between edits.

You can't, when a gig video is available. But when you composite the gig video you can add that gig image inside the video. And then after uploading, choose that frame as the preview.

Actually, you can have the same internet connection for multiple accounts. but remember, you cannot have the same PayPal or Payoneer account as the withdrawal method, you cannot sell the same category gigs, and you cannot have a sale between you two. Contact CS to get a confirmation.
