Sometimes Fiverr gives a boost to see how the seller performs. During that time, it's up to the seller to convert those clicks into orders. In your case, you failed, so the algorithm decided to give that boost to another seller. Do proper research and try to find out why nobody ordered from you. The best way to figure that out is to think like a buyer while comparing your gigs with other competitive seller gigs.

Edit gigs and see what works best for you and what doesn't. It is recommended to keep at least a 7-day gap between edits to see the results

If you are receiving impressions, then it means your gig is active somewhere in the search results.

Not a good idea. Once a gig is updated, it takes 4-7 days to see the results. By updating gigs daily, you gain nothing but fewer impressions.
