  1. No, its not possible to send direct messages.
  2. Which Gigs can be promoted? To ensure a quality ad experience for buyers, only sellers who meet all our quality metrics can participate in this program. You are evaluated for Promoted Gig participation eligibility according to the following standards: You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated or Pro seller. Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating. Your Gig has at least 20 reviews. Pro Gigs require only 5 reviews. You meet additional quality metrics. All services are eligible, excluding: The Legal Consulting service category entirely. Tax Consulting services from the Financial Consulting service category. Accounting & Bookkeeping services from the Financial Consulting service category. The Legal Writing service category entirely.
  3. If you are getting impressions, it confirms that your gig already appears in the search result. Anyway, here is your gig from the search result
  4. The real question is why you are not accepting the request. It's like you are forcing your way to get the order completed. You might get an account warning for this if the buyer reports you.
  5. You can pay using PayPal, but you can't receive payments through PayPal in Sri Lanka. Yes, you can do that by creating a fake PayPal account. By doing that, you are also risking your both PayPal and Fiverr accounts and also your money. Use Bank transfer through Payoneer. It's the only legit way.
  6. You offered something that is not allowed on Fiverr. What else do you need to know? Apparently, you've been warned before. And yet you decided to sell ignoring that warning. Well, this happens when you ignore warnings.
  7. Okay, we are not the Fiverr team, we are sellers like you. You mentioned that the new sellers are not getting matched, that's wrong. The new sellers are also getting matched with buyer briefs. (I will attach proof). personally, I would love to have the buyer request back but it's not possible with the scammers, new sellers who try to promote their gig using the buyer request and others who try to bring traffic to their websites using the buyer request. what can we expect new feature is NEW and still learning, it will improve. so make sure to have a quality gig
  8. 01. Won't affect much if your gigs overall quality is good enough to get matched. 02. This post confirms that the new sellers are also getting matched *
  9. Okay. So she decided to thank the most useless answer ignoring high-ranked TRS.
  10. This clearly says how you need to modify gig images. Remove personal contact information or the website link in your images.
  11. What would you wanna see on a gig image if you are an SEO service buyer?
  12. Don't worry, that's not what you see if you accidentally blocked the client. Because you will see the unblock option there if you blocked them. In this situation, you don't have to do anything.

  14. An SEO service gig image should look like an SEO service gig image 🤷‍♂️. There are thousands of sellers in the SEO category where you can see the gig images. I'm pretty sure you will be able to get ideas if you do the research by yourself.
  15. Deleting a gig will not remove reviews.
  16. I had the same problem. I think it was due to the changes I made to the gig. However, keeping CPC auto works well. That's what Fiverr recommends the screenshot from cs is the answer I got when I asked about it.
  17. I had a similar experience in the past. Some clients use those revisions to get extra work done. So I highlighted this in my gig description to make things easier.
  18. For me, It worked well for years, but not in the last year. I already felt that the buyer request feature is broken. before they announce the brief and match. if I categorize the requests * sellers trying to promote their gig * people trying to get traffic to their website * irrelevant my personal opinion, Fiverr could have improved the buyer request feature instead of replacing it with brief and match. no offence to the sellers who get orders from the search result but why do they need such a feature they already get orders from the search results. The brief and match feature is good for those who are already selling. but not good for those who are trying hard to find an order.
  19. Approved URLs ammyy.com blogspot.com flickr.com mixcloud.com reverbnation.com soundcloud.com spotify.com teamviewer.com tumblr.com vimeo.com wetransfer.com wikipedia.org youtube.com
  20. I only got one brief so far. It's not even a relevant one.
  21. Did you edit your gig during that time? I had the same issue because I edited the gig. I was so worried about it and contacted CS. They told me to keep default settings and give it time. it started performing again after a week. And keep this in mind that just because your gig is promoted it won't guarantee you any sales. A relevant buyer might click on your gig if it's attractive enough. Surely it has to be a quality one too.
  22. The buyer request feature is gone. It's been replaced by a new feature called "brief and match" find more about it here
  23. Here you go if you are really after this satisfaction. 🙂
