I am from central EU and what @donnovan86 said its true. The prices went to the moon. Not just the electricity, gas, wood, pellets...also food, gasoline, construction material. Government is talking about limiting the heating with gas only daytime and only to 20 degrees celsius in some residential buildings. Annual inflation rate eased to 10% in September of 2022 from 11% in August. It will be a cold and expensive winter...

My delivery time is always 4-5days, but I can handle 20-25 orders in queue max, so 4-5 per day. I do everything myself. Sometimes I even have too much work and I have to decline some projects. But you gave me a good idea to think of - how are agencies on Fiverr handling this? So is possible that more then one person accesses the account? or can I delegate the job to another designer inside my panel? I know there is Fiverr Business but I doubt this is for sellers also.

Who wants to have 100+ orders in queue 😰 I have no idea how/when I would finish them. Do sellers really have so many orders in queue or are you asking how someone has 100+ reviews over a X months, years?

If you rank well, don`t touch your gigs. Just don`t really. When you see a slightly drop, then edit what you planned to do.- 38 replies

How does Fiverr use the private feedback?
designboom replied to esandmeyer's question in Starter Questions
Yes its crazy how important are these first-time Buyers. Those are Buyers whose very first purchase on Fiverr. They calculate their experience separately because if they have a bad experience with a Seller during their first purchase they tend to not come back to Fiverr at all, not just to that Seller. And since now my gigs are nowhere to be found, I asked my success manager how the hell, I am going to improve that, if 1. I get orders only from regular clients, 2. Promotion options are disabled. He didn`t had any good advice for me rather than I had to drive my own traffic. I told him if I knew how to do that, I would not work on Fiverr and had my own design agency. -
How does Fiverr use the private feedback?
designboom replied to esandmeyer's question in Starter Questions
The worst thing to me is that I didn`t get a negative public feedback, but just a negative private one. And from a new buyer (as far as I know, from what my success manager told me). And so I don`t know exactly what went wrong. I would rather see that the buyer is honest and when I deliver the job, they tell me if they want anything changes, that`s why revisions are for. -
Sorry to hear that. I am in the same situation for the last month. Feel free to read my story as a lot of people shared good advice there:

If you have a bill or other proof that shows your address, I think it would be good you send them some proof. Wish you all the best, I hope you can solve this.

I got around 5 briefs. All design relevant to me. But I made an offer only to one. No response from the potential client. The rest are totally too vague or something we need to discuss further before I can make an offer. But I like the feature, and I am sure it will turn better and better 🙂

7+ reasons to raise your selling price in 2022
designboom replied to newsmike's topic in Tips from Sellers
It was the same for me!! I am a top rated seller and was scared to raise my prices, thinking that I would lose the regular clients, get less orders etc... but on the order hand I was too busy. Now I get just a little less orders, but mostly I got rid of those problematic buyers. I kept the same prices for old clients, which I give discount through custom offers. And I have more time to delivery better, quality designs which increased the amount of new repeated buyers and more tips! Was a WIN for me! -
@mjensen415 I would love to get more info about this program if its still available. I am a TRS in the design niche.
